WHAT IS E-STAMP PAPER?

e-Stamp Paper means paying Stamp Duty to Government electronically, which is a secure and tamper-proof process. It is an initiative by the Government of Rajasthan in association with SHCIL.

DOES THE E-STAMP PAPER PURCHASED IN ONE STATE CAN BE EXECUTED IN ANOTHER STATE?

No such law exists. e-Stamp purchased in Rajasthan can only be used/executed within Rajasthan State jurisdiction.

CAN WE GENERATE/DOWNLOAD E-STAMP PAPER ONLINE?

Only authorized Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) centers and their franchisees can issue e-Stamp Papers. It cannot be generated directly online by individuals.

WHAT IS MEANT BY FIRST PARTY?

First Party means the purchaser of the e-Stamp Paper, for example the Landlord, Seller, or Applicant.

WHAT QUOTES UNDER SECOND PARTY?

Second Party can be Tenant, Vendee, Buyer, or any other opposite party to the Agreement or Affidavit.

WHAT TO WRITE IN FORM IF THERE IS NO SECOND PARTY?

You can simply write NIL or Not Applicable in such cases.

WHY THE FIELD IS ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS IF WE ARE AVAILING E-STAMP FOR OTHER PURPOSE?

Address is asked as per Government of Rajasthan guidelines, to link the e-Stamp with concerned parties or property details.

WHAT IF WE WANT BULK QUANTITY OF E-STAMP PAPER?

For bulk quantity, you may directly place your request with us and we will arrange as per Rajasthan State norms.
